WILFRED JAEGER, M.D.
Prior to co-founding Three Arch Partners in 1993, Wilf was a general partner at Schroder Ventures. Wilf began his medical career in private practice. He was subsequently recruited by Chec Medical, a venture capital backed ambulatory care startup in Seattle. Later, in 1989, following business school, he began venture investing with Phoenix Partners. He has since been an active early stage investor in numerous successful biotechnology, healthcare service, and medical device companies. His healthcare services investments have included Intensiva Healthcare (sold to Select Medical following IPO), SemperCare (sold to Select Medical), Free & Clear (sold to Inverness Medical Innovations), and US Healthworks (sold to Dignity Health). He has been a director of over 20 public and private companies.
Wilf ranked first in his class at the University of British Columbia where he earned a BS in Biology. He received his MD from the University of British Columbia School of Medicine. He has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
